She doesn't bother me very much. In a lot of those cases she so adamantly voices her stance, she is usually correct. She is a very outspoken, pro-prosecutor. I think her stance on victim's rights is at least a stance on something solid. There are just too many tentative prosecutors out there.

That's technically what being a prosecutor means. Why would they bother to make a case unless they believed that person was guilty of a said crime?
