My opinion: vitamin and mineral are important for health and good live.
when I was a small kid, my mother tell me to eat vitamines and mineral, espacially mineral waters with carbonate ( waters with carbonate are better then waters with no carbonate because there is carbonate in it). I did'nt believe my mother what she said, but now im old and I am happy that I listen to her!! I'm very helthy now and my live is good, I can't complain! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
