Ripping MP3s from flashplayers
Thread making stats!:
-Ran search, found nothing of the like. -Made thread So, does anyone rip mp3s from flash-type players like the ones on music.myspace.com? (Yeah yeah, myspace is bad, myspace is a deathtrap lying in wait under a sandy walkable spot.) There's just a few pieces of music that I'd love to get my hands on, but there aren't torrents of them available. No direct downloads. my WM Recorder program can't detect any type of url connection/route to grab music. (And I paid 21 bucks for that too.) These damn flash player type things are evil! Jam it back in, in the dark.

Found the sound recorder, but have no clue as to how to set my audio input device using sounds played by the computer.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Unfortunately, since I've never really messed with such settings before, I still don't have any clue as to what you mean.
These are things I'm tinkering with to try and figure out what to do: ![]() My computer is a laptop and is running a customized desktop setup by Dell. Edit: The Audio Properties window is from the Sound Recorder. The Sound Mixer is something setup by Dell. And then there's the main audio controls from the accessories menu. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I guess it just doesn't work for my laptop. It only has Line In and Microphone as the selectables for Recording Control. Oh well, thanks anyway!
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Nope, those won't work. They require Stereo Mix and my laptop doesn't have such a thing.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm gonna try and see if I can find the manufactuer's website and get new drivers. The currently installed ones are since 2001. (Why do they do this with new computers? I don't know yet.) Edit: Oh, it seems I do have Audigy. Hmm. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?
