I am rarely ever anxious over anything. Good or bad. When exam times come to be, I'm so confident in myself even if I am doomed to fail that exam.
But anxiety can easily be overcome if you, of course, are willing to work to make it happen. You simply need to put in a bit of extra effort into whatever to gain some more confidence. Then ye shant harbor the anxiety demon, no longer more! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Here's a site that has some techniques which may be useful. It all depends if you believe in this stuff. Or, it may actually work. I've never tried them, but it seems to work with my school. Many other students have claimed to concentrate better after performing things like these techniques.
I'd suggest you go directly to the "Breathing Easy" secion and do that technique. The inital one, I've not heard of that one. But I got this link from my academic advisor. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
