Hmm I dunno really, I haven't looked into that many new series, however one that's already started that I definitely will be watching is H20 ~footprints in the sand~, and I advise you guys to do the same.
I saw the first episode of it yesterday and it was really really really really good. There are some real great and interesting characters in this one and I can't say I've seen a story like this before. It was quite interesting to see how the blind main character experienced the world and it gave me some insight on how grateful we should be for the ability of sight. It was definitely not what I had expected, but it was not a bad surprise. It's not as cuddly-coo as it'd seem on the screenshots, with a girl getting beat up real badly in the beginning of the first episode. It was really a good mix of everything (comedy/romance?/drama/mystery/etc), seems like this series has a lot of drama to come, which I totally love. All these anime series based on h games for the most part seems to have great stories (KGNE, Fate/stay night, should be something more that I can't remember). The Persona anime is one series I'm gonna give a try too. I hope it won't disappoint me. And yeah, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is a must watch of course. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
I'd rather watch H2O actually, the second ep of it kind of "ruined" most of the hope I had for that series I had in the beginning but it wasn't that bad, it was quite enjoyable anyways I think and it might get better. At least it was much better than the crap of the first ep of Hatenko Yugi. There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
I saw the first ep of the anime Shigofumi, and I really don't know what to say about it. It was, kind of strange and the plot was a bit unusual. I can't say if I liked it or not, but at the end of the episode all I could say was "WTF?!". The ending of the first ep was totally uncalled for, and you didn't get much of a motivation why it ended like it did (hopefully we'll get to know in episode 2). I don't know if I should advise you to watch this show or if I should tell you to stay away from it, because I just can't decide on whether it was interesting or weird
I will watch the second episode when it comes out and see if it'll get better. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
Well, I can say that I usually don't mind anime being strange or a but weird, but in this case I just didn't get too much of enjoyment from the first episode. It wasn't bad but it wasn't really really good neither. It's kind of good though to see anime that's not too predictable.
And is Denno Coil weird? I've seen 4 eps of it and didn't think it was weird or strange. Maybe it becomes what people consider weird/strange as it progresses? I thought it was very interesting so I'll make sure to see the rest of the episodes someday. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]() |
