ever heard of alcohole-lock for cars?
then again, those are easy to go around. Death penalty are a bit much for drunk drivers. I'd be fine if they would suffer for the rest of their lives, knowing what they did.. oh and pay money to the family or the one suffered the damages for the rest of their lives. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
