Solution, the same way you get over jetlag. Force yourself to sleep early, wake up early. No naps.

Because my job has regular hours, I automatically clunk out at midnight and wake up at 7am. It's not even my choice anymore. Even during the weekends when I'm out with friends, my mind starts shutting down around midnight but my friends want to stay out till like 3am. It sucks...

Jam it back in, in the dark.
