When all my methods fail and my energy level is too high for what I consider normal for bed time, I know I need to pray and praise God.
After some time with Him I sleep like a baby.

Oddly enough after I finished using my ex's hiney, she too slept like a baby.
I myself usually take NyQuil if I know damn well that I'm not going to be able to go to sleep early enough to warrent an early morning wake up. Working a job that has you working till 11 at night, then coming in at 7 in the morning tends to make you appreciate that green liquid a lot more.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
