for the itching i've always used a brand called Mopiko which works pretty well.
as for avoiding, i read somewhere that taking a large amount of a certain B vitamin kept them away, it was around 500mg of B5 a day i think, can't really remember. another solution my sister and i discovered to stop ourselves getting bitten at night was to turn the air con up >.> How ya doing, buddy? |
