if NCSoft is sucessfully sued, could mean a lot for other games; one game i used to play alot (but isn't very popular) is Pristontale and i know a number of people use korean IDs that they managed to find off the internet to create accounts so they can play on the korean servers.
some people actually like working in "chinese sweatshops" because they get to play games (boring or not, it's something to do) and earn a decent amount of money in return, just go to ebay and check out how many of the sellers are based in china. i saw a small article in a magazine somewhere and a guy said something along the lines of "we get paid to play games 24/7, how can you complain?" Jam it back in, in the dark. |
