I gamble, but only if, at the very least, the odds are on my side. That doesn't exactly happen often, although I did quite enjoy scratch tickets when I was younger, mostly because I didn't pay for them, and because I once won $500 which was essentially a fortune for me back then.
These days, the closest thing to gambling I do is investing. And since I make a difference between "investing" and "speculation", I guess you can't really call that anything close to gambling. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
