I don't let songs "fade out 10 second" as I like to listen to the song and pinpoint on where a song shoud end with fading. So one song can last about 5 second before fading while another song can last 15 second (bet most of you don't get what I'm trying to say here <_< ).

I understand what you try to say. It depends on the composition, it's fading depending on how you feel when it should be closed, but this approach would mean you'd have to choose everything meticulously. It's good, but I remember having spent 20 minutes for just one right end-fading. Is it really worth the time?
There are games like shooter, where it doesn't make sense to loop at all. For example when a stage is really short and you are used to the music playing only for this short time, it sounds somewhat unacquainted and lengthy to put in a loop. Ideally you would rip exactly to how the music fades in the game, and not depending on loops at all.
There's nowhere I can't reach.
