I filed mine back on the 31st of January. We claimed the federal tax credit for first time home buyers. I should have a BIG chunk of change coming from that. Chris got his fed return more than a month ago, now.
I, however, got a lovely letter from the IRS asking me about my Schedule L (real estate taxes claimed in addition to my fed standard deductions).
I'm still waiting for my federal refund. I replied to the IRS 3.5 weeks ago. I called them. They're all like "Yeeeea, it takes 4 weeks for us just to LOOK at your response."
