Maybe I am the only person who didn't enjoy this movie.
I think it started out really well. I was interested, I was intrigued, I cared. But as soon as they boarded the first Icarus ship, I got flashbacks from Alien for some reason. And then a raving lunatic boarded THEIR ship, and low and behold, we was a madman. It was predictable. It had potential I guess, but I really didn't enjoy it AT ALL. I guess I am too used to space films of this nature having a really grandiose, underlying theme. I think I was expecting that from Sunshine, but I didn't find anything too profound in it. =/ Jam it back in, in the dark. |
