This is really unfair for some people. I thought this was country of oppurtunity? She was never criminal nor convicted of any, it wasnt her decision to come to US, she simply had no choice but to follow her parent. Why does the law constantly punishes wrong person?

My family came here 30 years ago or so - my mother and father wanted to start their lives in this country instead of in Europe.
You know how they did it? They did it
legally. They actually applied for the paperwork and they waited their turn for the chance at the "land of opportunity." They're grateful for what they have now.
Usually, I am understanding of the children of immigrants and all that jive. But you know, I am getting a little sick of people coming here illegally and somehow thinking that they deserve all the rights of citizens of this nation.
Your friend is here illegally. If she didn't want to get into this circumstance, maybe she should have gone through the proper channels to ensure her success as an American.
Why do you think you can people just cut in a line of thousands of other foreigners who are actually coming to this country legally? Going to college and all that shit,
KNOWING you're illegal and you may get deported is your own goddamn fault.
I'm sorry, but I have no sympathy.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
