Drex, you should get your wife a bread making machine. The bread that comes out of those is the absolute BEST, I cannot even TELL YOU. And I am pretty sure you can make sourdough, too!
I love rye and wheat breads. Nothing beats a nice ham, onion and cheese sandwich on rye bread. I try not to go absolutely nuts with bread, though. It's not the greatest thing to be crazy for, but it's not the worst, either. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
