I kind of wish I spoke Aramaic for no good reason.
I can comprehend most romance languages enough to get by. I speak French (better than I write it), but despite my entire family using it on a consistent basis, I am completely out of practice. I've considered spending another few summers in France with the family just to tune up, but I just never have time or money. I'd like to learn German, if only because its so powerful sounding. I'd love to learn Japanese or Chinese as well, if only because they're both challenging languages to learn, and not very traditionally taught. Also, Esperanto is not Spanish. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
