Wow - really? What are you doing to keep from getting hungry but yet maintaining a <2000 calorie diet?

Do you have to put up with the bullshit of eating rice cakes and shit like that? I just LOVE food too much to be able to sacrifice taste. ;_;

WOW. 4,000 a day? It would make sense if you're working out or doing a lot of exercise....

I actually very rarely drink soda at all. When I do, it's always diet, if only because I prefer the saccharine taste of aspertame to the sugar present in regular cola.

I prefer to drink a shitload of iced tea. I wonder how bad that is? I drink bucket loads of water (at least a gallon a day), but I do drink a lot of this stuff: (And I mean A LOT)

Yea, thats why I asked. I don't understand why taking it while dieting would be a good thing....?
