Most of my dreams usually end up with my death, followed by my watching over the aftermath of my death. Usually I die attempting to save friends lives, or in reaction to the death of a friend/friends.
Usually, when I die, I know my dream is about 1/2 to 3/4 over. This point is also the most calming part of my dream. The only reason I can attribute to this is that I always want to know what happens next. Not necessarily the afterlife, but what happens after I (presumably) am gone? I don't know why my friends are always dying though.
The second category of my dreams are the ones relating to a girl. Its NEVER the same girl, and with only 1 or 2 exceptions ever, its never a girl I know. Its always some nameless beauty with a smile and a sense of humor that happens to work her way into my life, usually following me around and asking me a lot of questions (just random conversation really). In some of the dreams, I'll wake up to find the girl (who I still don't know) in my room when I wake up.
The rest of my dreams are warped versions of whatever video game I spent too much time playing that week.
I love dreaming, because even though my dreams can be categorised easily, they're always interesting and have some twist to them that makes each one magical.
