Dont be afraid of asking her cause if she knows you alot and thinks your a nice guy, she'll mostly say yes. To improve the chances, bring chocolate and flowers to her at school during lunch and finally say if you want to go out with her. Don't show any hesitation cause it might be your downfall. Make sure to pay for anything during PROM no matter what.
