I think a remote control PC program such as NetSupport Control would do the trick. I'll upload it if you want to give it a shot.

Oh well. I've uploaded the program here already just in case you want to give it another try. From what you've said thus far, the extent of control you want over your Winamp seems more than what typical remote music player programs can do.

It's essentially allowing you to control another PC through your own. The software opens up a window with a view of the screen of the other PC, and you can control mouse movements and keyboard entries accordingly as well. Of course, this is just one of the basic things the software allows you to do.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Hmm. What's the problem you have? I managed it fairly quickly. Remember that you have to install the client on the PC you want to control. Post here or PM me if you need help.
