What do you put on your burgers?

I love to sautee diced green peppers and diced white onions to start. After they are soft enough, I like to mix them in the ground beef, with some seasoning salt. With a good stuffed patty cooked medium rare, I love to toss on some lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and bleu cheese. No condiments. Now that is my favorite burger.

I've yet to try anything that was too spicy for me that was actually meant to be consumed. There's this stuff called Dave's Insanity Sauce that I can't eat, but I don't really think it was meant to be eaten.

A friend of mine Jon is always in search of someone who can consume Dave's Insanity Sauce. He even keeps a bottle in his car if he ever finds a challenger. Everyone I've seen actually take it on, has turned beet red and sweated a bucket, and they haven't had more than a teaspoon. As much as I love a jar of pickled jalapenoes, I don't dare touch the stuff.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
