I remember we tried to duplicate it once, after eating it in a restaurant. We ended up not doing too well. Now that we have a legit recipe, I'll give it another shot.
It's real tasty when it's made right, but I'm not a big fan of most seafood, so I'll stick to pork, or something. Jam it back in, in the dark.
