I had mine done back when I was sixteen over the summer holidays. I just wanted locals 'cause I didn't want to waste a whole day of my vacation loopy from being put under. Mine hadn't come through yet, but the way they were angled was gonna screw up my other teeth, so I decided to have 'em yanked as a preventative measure.
Since they hadn't come through the gums, the dentist has to slice them open first, then drill a little hole into the middle of each tooth and then insert this metal rod and jerk it to the side. I remember laying there being pretty amazed that these noises like snapping bone were coming out of my face. After snapping each tooth in half, he'd snap them again into quarters, and then remove them in pieces.
Like a good little patient I chomped down on that gauze and they stopped bleeding after an hour or so. They ached a bit when the freezing wore off, but it wasn't too bad. The Tylenol 3 they prescribed me didn't do much so I sold them to some kid I knew who wanted to take them recreationally.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
