[General Discussion] Guess that Anime Screenshot V2

I'm guessing it might be one of those Zelda cartoons? Those shoes certainly looks like your typical medieval "boots" that people like Robin Hood may wear, so, maybe it's Link? The symbol on the ground doesn't really ring a bell for me, unfortunately.

Well, in Luceid's defense, per se, the first picture does look kind of like the art style of what you'd find in Mai-HiME and Mai-Otome's soundtrack covers if I remember correctly, and it itself also does look a little like Mai-HiME (no comment since I haven't seen Mai-Otome).

If it's still running, I'd toss in a guess of Ergo Proxy. The red shirt does kind of resemble what Vincent wears and the mask reminds me a little of what those people outside of Rondum (spelling's off, I haven't watched the series in a while) wore when they were fighting one of the Proxy's army in episode 8 or something around there? This is all well and good, but I don't think Ergo Proxy fits the first picture. :/

I am going to guess BLOOD+ here in one of the early episodes of the Vietnam arc. The white matches the clothing that Saya had to wear when she disguised herself as a student at the boarding school that the Red Shield asked her to infiltrate. I remember Hagi was cutting flowers there and this may be the scene where he gave Saya one of the flowers. I know it can't be the scene in France since the flower that Diva throws down is blue.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Space? Game? "Visual novel"? Primula avatar? All roads lead to Soul Link, which was made by the same creators of Shuffle!. The animated series is also widescreen, so it does fit that area anyway.

I've never actually watched the show, but there you have it, that's my "explanation" for my guess.

Well, since I didn't prepare anything (as that guess was just a shot in the dark), I just pulled this one out quickly after evaluating a couple of images. This isn't intended to be an obscure image of the anime, but as I'm not sure as to how high profile the show is, I thought I'd throw it in to test the waters.

The art style reminds me of Beyond the Clouds. However, I don't really remember the male and female leads ever being by a vending machine. It kind of happened during the beginning of the movie, but they were at the train station near their school then, and the second male lead was there too.

That's correct. I had difficulties picking a good snapshot from the series that was not "too obscure" to prevent myself from getting flamed. I guess it wasn't quite obscure enough.
