May not be lens, Yuna. There was this site that was talking about this certain white gear thats by the lens.. if you twist it around, it'd be as good as new, you'll be able to play ps1 ,ps2 games perfectly. i had this and 3 other broken ps2's that are now working o.o..
 I'm pretty sure it falling on the floor didn't do anything. Mine fell a couple of times . edit : found the site http://arstechnica.com/articles/paedia/hardware/ps2.ars to you and anyone else who wants to give their other broken ps2's a try. And yes, be careful that you open the lid with care so that the strap doesn't snap off. Clean it as well ^^; Jam it back in, in the dark.
