ahh all of these are classics to me. Though i haven't seen all of Robotech/Super Dimensional Fortress.. I enjoyed Plus and the second movie.
IMO, the best music was in Plus and Macross 2. dunno why but i like it. Macross Zero had alot of potential. it wasn't that bad either but the cg was too much =/ overall , none of the macross series disappointed me. As long they have good music (which is the most important thing in macross) i can handle it ^^;.

How ya doing, buddy?

Yet another announcement but not a good one.

From April of 2000 until last month before his hospitalization, he hosted the Sunday morning TV Asahi program Daimei no Nai Ongaku-Kai 21 (literally, The Untitled Concert). He was known for his blending of classical, jazz, and popular music styles and for his live performance on several television programs.

Macross singer/songwriter Mari Iijima says that the Macross 25th Anniversary Concert on August 18 will be held in tribute to him.
Rest in Peace and thanks for creating a masterpiece,Mr Haneda.

Hey now, Is there any news on who will compose the music for the new Macross anime? Personally , I think Yoko Kanno should do the job. Macross Plus' OST is unforgettable.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well. I just hope it still carries on the same mood like in the classic macross' and neither one as disappointed me ... yet. Looking at the third pic has me worried already.

I was speaking idiomatically.
