So far.. All of the Actors are showing me a good impression of the DN characters. Ryuuku on the other hand...will be on top of'em all.. Ryuku's face up close scared off my little brother lol

I believe Near/Nate River should look back and talk about his relationship with L and Mello. What bothered me is that the notebook that Ryuuku held has the name "Raito Yagami".

Like i told many people, if Yagami will not go to Heaven nor Hell, I want him put in a world where he meets with all the people he killed and be in the biggest shock of his life. Not only that but i want them to torture the shit out of him..Having L sit on his throne watching and laughing at him.

definately. We all remember the teaser that we saw in FMP Second raid , correct? But the anime version has to be the original characters designs by Obata - he also did Hikaru no Go Anime.

I discovered NANA through the anime. It looks good . Good enough to not read the manga or watch the live action movie. same goes for GTO.

I assume 108 will be the final chapter. Now that the pansy has finally reached death.

When the anime comes out, I get the feeling they're going to drag the L story (in between the 50 day suspension and yotsuba arc) a tad bit longer. Its nothing bad IMO. Everyone loves L , he's my favorite character and to see him team up with Yagami a little longer would be nice.

Gotta think about that. Yagami can't be a God unless he knows the future like the actual God. Lets not go religious with this topic please. That's just an example. Too many forums right now are using religious quotes on Death Note, its killing off the Image of a great Manga that is probably the best Jump manga of all time.

Many people believe that Yagami became so obsessed and dangerous with that weapon is because of the second death note (Remu's). Think about it, maybe the books can also open the dark from within his heart. I only assume this cause its probably true. The more notebooks he got, the worser he became.

Yeah i read the spoilers. Not surprised though. A few people didn't like the ending. I thought it was fine the way it is. Though now i think the anime version will have a different kind of ending.

hehe. Oh btw , everyone. The exciting news is that Kenji Kawai will be responsible for the score of the DN Movie.

Kenji Kawai is well known for his best works in the GitS Movies as well as his recent work in Fate/Stay Night and The Moment the Cicadas Cry.

Let us rejoice and say that this should be very interesting.. He needs to have the taste of the GitS mood . Its not like the other two recent animes suck- I like them alot but its just i want it that way. It would only work ^^;..

There some news regarding the DN movies from townL.

It seems that both movies will be Yagami vs L. Which means they have excluded the Yotsuba arc and will not show Mello and Near in any of them. Another thing i heard is that L will not die in either of the two.

Director Shunsuke says that "Its better to make something different from the original in order to respect it."

Well..its alright I guess.Now i can say that Kenji Kawai will definately save this movie since its different.

The main Death Note theme is by Shikao Suga Manatsu no Yoru no Yume.

L was just an alias name for him to make sure that he doesn't get caught by Kira. He also used the names Watari and Eraldo Coil.

According to a few in depth readers, they found a few names that would start with L. They think its Luke, Lazarus, Lucas, Leon..etc. Who knows really.

As for the sub, Im sure A-One or any subbing group (definately Shinsen Subs for their great quality). will be subbing it ASAP.

Yeah, but dont expect a good quality version yet. As much as we'll get a shitload of DN cam'd versions at torrent sites..some may be shitty quality or average . An english adaption might work. The past few years..There's been japanese to english movies coming out. Soon we'll probably get a Zatochi american film.


It'd be awesome if they dub the movie as well XD. I'd rather have Funimation dub the anime only because they are also working on Speed Grapher and there isn't much comedy but tons of serious-freakish-crazy characters in there. So they might have a chance with it if they gain rights to DN. If not funi then Viz.

Ryuuku did tell him to look forward to where he's going. No one knows if its a world where Yagami will find all of the people he killed to beat him down. We did see a little something in the beginning of the final chapter. It looked like Ryuuku was there but at a far away distance. Nothing much is happening in the world. But if we are given extra info for the anime version that is good enough for me.

We don't even know what Ohba is planning to release soon. Takeshi Obata will also work on it too.
