Well, for starters, you have to be able to physically hook them up to one or the other. Typically the only way to get it rigged up to a computer is with a headphone sized jack. Unless of course you have a fancy ass sound card, in which case you likely have some rca or whatever inputs. In that case, I'd say obtain a switchbox for this type of thing, and run your cables. It's possible your audio system has a secondary (or tertiary) set of inputs that render this switchbox unnecessary, but hard for me to tell from here.
