Hmm . . . choices choices . . .
I would choose for person number one one of the three great Minimalist composers: Steve Reich, Philip Glass, or John Adams because I enjoy their music immensely and would love to understand what it takes to make music the way they do. As for person number two, I would probably go for Brian Greene, the man who made String Theory understandable to the layman. It would be interesting to discuss things that most people would be queasy to discuss such as the size of the cosmos and what time means. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
