I'd definitely get an M.C. Escher one, the one with the lizards initially drew on 2D that come to 3D gradually, can't remember it's name.
 Picture this but with lizards instead of hands. Of course it would take a real tatoo artist to get it right. While searching for the pic I found this:  Man, they look like flaccid martian dicks fighting with each other. I pity that poor guy. Other than that I'd like to have "La vida está en otra parte" tatooed on my back, it stands for "Life is elsewhere", a Milan Kundera novel. Most amazing jew boots
