Capturing video streams

Hi all,

I stumbled upon a nice website offering video tutorials about almost every known product on the market. They offer it in a streaming solution using Quicktime. Since I'd like to capture these streams I would need some kind of recording software but there's just too many available. I can't really filter the good ones out of the crap heap, so i'm asking you guys for help. What program can you recommend me for this?

If it's quicktime, you should be able to find the "*.mov" file by looking at the source code and make a search for ".mov", then you have to find the way folders are placed in the website and download the movie. I hope I was clear, I guess some one can make a better explanaition.

Lynda has terrific tutorials indeed. If your evil mode is turned on, well, some torrent sites have plenty of lynda tutorials for your enjoyment.
