Get of Samsung's TV / TFT screens. I've got a 22" one, which serves me as screen for my PC, my 360 and PS3.
It's got a DVI, HDMI, SCART, Component and Composite in. So no extra converters needed. You'll just need something to put the sound out with. These things do have speakers, but none you'll seriously want to use.
