I'll just add my take on this subject...
I honestly don't remember 28 Days Later, but I saw the movie. Seeing 28 Weeks Later on open night (with about 12 people in the theater lol) I expected it to be bd, but it was actually pretty good. Mithrandir sum'd up the movie pretty much to a T, but a few parts still baffle me to this day. Spoiler:
