It's proven that red is the color that disturbs the least sleep. I guess red light is the best, but I never really tested other colors. I know that blue doesn't work, just the tiny blue led on my speakers is lighting the whole room when I forget to turn them off. I just don't want an alarm clock with that color oriented at my face when I sleep lol.
Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
