so you don,t use the whit in that recipe? this look quite tasty!
but in some scen I think you can notice a little white, does it really matter? and when you say cut the center out, you mean like making an hole in it and put the egg in that hole? you you mean mean like cut out a layer of the bread (so the egg stay still on the bread on one side?) Jam it back in, in the dark.
