the PAL ps3 already have the software emulation and the emulation is already 10 time better then the 360 one. It's really not as bad as everyone is thinking and in the long run like megalith said, software emulation has the potential to be really better than hardware.

As for heavenly sword demo, I was yes disappointed by the length of it, but after playing it a few time and really master the combat system, I have to say that this game is just amazing ^^

and yes if your in the right position and in the right stance, she automatically block attack and when she block you can counter attack with triangle. When the enemy is flashing blue you have to be in speed stance and when they glow orange you have to be in power stance (hold R1) and red attack are unblockable you evade them with the right stick. Like Slayer X said, this game is more like DMC where you evade attack and counter them.

I was in for the last week and honestly it's a good game but I'm not sure if I'll buy it. It doesn't offer more then any fps like battlefield :\

I got interested in this game before they announced the drop of the single player and I wish they didn't drop it but the aircraft was the best part of the beta for me and I wish they would have kept the single player around that :\

but it's a very good game for people who like this genre ^^

don't get me wrong guys I did enjoy the beta, I just didn't expect to be this kind of game. I compared it to battlefield not for the FPS view but more for the mode play. Basically you have capture the flag, capture base and all the basic stuff that battlefield have but in a third person view with more arcade control.

What I was disappointed is it's a good game, pretty good even but nothing extraordinary or nothing really new...

I like those kind of game but at little dose and there a lot other type of game that i prefer. so like I said for people that really like those game, it's a solid game for them but for me I can pass it. (even if I'll probably buy it someday)

I think it's for a ps3 background. the box are there so that it's easier to read the menu (it think, I didn't test it)

Lair got push back to September 4 because of an issue that aroused during QA testing regarding the game's various online features, like the leaderboards and its medal systems. They announced it like 2 week before the release date, so maybe best buy and futureshop didn't had time to change their flyers...

and if you go on the futureshop website they even list the game to September 18, I just hope it's a mistake because this means that in Canada we'll get the games 2 weeks after the US >.<

I'll probably wait before getting warhawk. I wasn't really impress with the beta. Well yes it's really a good game but I expected more I don't know and maybe because I don,t play really often those type of game.

wow that suck apparently they manage a way to prevent you from playing demo that are not in your psn store... the demo of folklore will not work on americain ps3(or tv or something)...

well the US update is still not up so i hope we will get it or maybe next week...

oh well sorry for not knowing that the demo was coming on the US PSN Store today too >.> it's not like it never happen that a demo was not release at the same time on all PSN store...

anyway it's on the US one now, so I'm happy...

the first thing that i have to say about the folklore demo is that it look horrible on a SD TV. I could even read what the character was saying and it was even worst when they highlighted some word in red. When they were saying to hold R1 to absorb the soul it took me 2 min to find out which button to press because I couldn't see clearly the button icon. The cut-scene where great and very clear, but the game itself was very blurry and was hurting my eyes... I hope they will change that in the final product...

inside from the fact that i don't have an HDTV yet. The game was pretty fun. I like the concept and the art design of the game. It's pretty fun to figure out which folk is better on which enemy ^^

my only little complaint is that both character seem to play to much alike. For me the basic idea of choosing between 2 character is mainly because they are pretty different, but in this game it's so that the gameplay is very similar. I guess it will change more story-wise.

the games is like 69,99$can on futureshop, and most of the time futureshop and best buy have the same price, so it's either a mistake or best buy did a hell of a good sale!

I don't understand why i have to pay another 10$ for only an online game where it should have been in the original first... so no I'll wait before buying it. Anyway I didn't even played the game at all during summer...
