lol yeah I was a little confuse at first but in all it was pretty easy to downgrade and install the custom firmware. As for ps1 emulation you just need to convert the iso in eboot format and put it in the game folder that wasn't really hard. Now what drove me crazy today was that I downloaded ace combat X wanted to play it so bad but the iso is bigger than my 1gb memory stick T-T I guess i'll need a bigger one XD but I found a way to play iso via usb so now I'm enjoying it and it's awesome! I really don,t know how i could have miss all those thing with my psp >.<
There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
bleh just when I finally downgrade for a custom firmware that he stop development... I guess I'll just return to the official firmware if this is true...
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
I'm already on 3.40OE, for now it will be ok but later I don't know...
because as for now the only thing I really use about this custom firmware is playing iso PSP games. The ps1 emulation is nice but I prefer playing them on a PC emulation... I guess I'll just wait and see how this goes... I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]() |
I have a lil question for the people who have played the game metal gear solid: portable ops:
Do I need to play mgs3 before playing this one? (in term of story I mean) How ya doing, buddy? ![]() |
the + version seem to only add some characters, maps and new online modes. Most amazing jew boots ![]() |
well i have a problem to play 2 games via usb... but first I use the custom firmware 3.40OE.
Dj max portable 2 and monster hunter freedom are the 2 games that I can't launch via usb. what I don't understand is that I can play without a problem the games ace combat X and MGSPO. what seem to happen is when I launch the iso like I do with othr iso via usb. me psp seem to disconnect from my computer and then I get the message: the game could not be started (800200D9) ... is there some known error with those 2 games? because i tried all iso that I had and only those 2 games won't launch. Should I try the 3.52 M33 Custom Firmware? will it change anything? oh and before you say so yes I know I should play them directly from memory stick, but I only have a 1gb stick, so till i get a bigger one I,m stuck with usb (which where working fine before that...) Additional Spam: I forgot to say that i'm using psphost for this... maybe there's a better way to play games via usb? FELIPE NO ![]()

ok thanks guy i'll probably go for the sandisk then ^^
and yes I'll avoid ebay, my 1gb is a fake one and I'm still impress to see that it's still working after 2 or 3 years that I owned it >.> There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
I have a question. I'm currently still using the custom firmware 3.40 OE and I'm thinking that maybe I should upgrade. I'm using custom firmware mainly for playing ISO, so should I upgrade? I'm thinking to upgrade mainly because soon I'll probably want to play games that use firmware higher than 3.40.
If i should upgrade, can someone please post a guide or a website that explain well how to pass to 3.71m33 from 3.40 oe? How ya doing, buddy? ![]() |
I don't even know what a kernel is and what the difference between the 1.5 and the others >.<

FFT works on the 3.40 OE-A, that's why I still haven't upgrade to 3.71m33...
I was speaking idiomatically. ![]() |
the tv jack works for everything >.> the only things is that you need a Tv that support progressive scan which mean you must have and HDTV to play with your psp slim on tv.
Most amazing jew boots ![]() |
lol same time post XD
it's good to know though, because I was going to buy a slim just for that, but I guess now I'll wait till I have an HDTV :\ FELIPE NO ![]()

you sure you have a custom firmware and not the official 3.71?
what does it say when you check your system software under the system information setting? What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? ![]() |
so it was real PSP GO:

for now that are saying that the psp go is an alternative to the psp 3000, so they are still planing to sell the psp 3000 at same time the psp go.
From the video they are saying that current umd library will come in a downloadable content, but we heard the same thing for ps1 game on the ps3, so I'm still skeptic about that... Most amazing jew boots ![]() |
Well the psp 3000 was recently hack, a custom firmware was created and apparently it seem to work well. You need a psp with the firmware 5.03 butI don't know if the psp models currently in store come with a firmware more recent.
It seem safe to buy the 3000 models if you are into homebrew. I just don't know how the hack and installation of the CFW work for those models though. But you can check there: Custom Firmware on PSP-3000's - 5.03 GEN-A CFW released!! | PSP-3000 Hacks This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
