Hal is too busy NOT making games.
Actually, they've been working on two titles. An enhanced port of Kirby Super Star for the DS (Kirby Super Star Deluxe) and their GCN Kirby title ended up being moved to development for Wii and was featured on a 2008 release list from Nintendo.

They sure don't seem eager to tell anybody about that.
For sure. Kirby Super Star Deluxe was announced at Nintendo's Tokyo event in October, but no one's made mention of it yet in NA/Europe. Kirby Wii... probably will first hear about that sometime in 2008.

In any case, Pokemon Snap 2: do want.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Next week better not be gimped. The Christmas week last year was pretty awesome.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Keep in mind, the Virtual Console service was still relatively in its infancy at last year's Christmas week. We may see an even greater bulk of games released next week.

I was speaking idiomatically.

For whatever reason, NOA's been intent on completely disassociating themselves with the Mother franchise. So, I wouldn't be surprised if whoever makes these decisions told Treehouse (NOA's localization department) to nix the Mother/Mother 2 masterpieces (do both of them show up in the Japanese version of Super Smash Bros. Brawl?).

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Ah, thanks. Five minutes is a tiny amount of time to begin playing Mother 2. Can you even make it to the meteor site in that short of a time span?
