The game is just a recruitment tool, this is an attempt to integrate it into actually Army training. As in something you would do during the duty day. Though it seem like the news here is an attempt at being a recruiting tool for Infantry or Officers, considering that if there was a video game made about my day to day job, it would be the military equivalent of Office Space.
