Proper games? Competitive gaming is what makes certain genres shine, not every game has to be a Bruce Wayne Batcave fucking experience. So, yeah... Laff. I seem to be knee deep in "Gaming Bullshit" as I read this.

So here we go...
I think from a designer standpoint, I can shoot off a few types of gaming scenarios I usually hate. Escort Missions (LOOKING AT YOU, BIOSHOCK) are something I have a penchant hatred for, and the only ones I can think of as being tolerable were actually scripted so that they made for a setting and an ulterior objective was in place. Specifically this occurs in Freespace where most of the time, your escort is gonna get blown the fuck up regardless.
Okay, just one I guess.
