Did you try uninstalling and then removing anything related to it from your local profile {c:\documents and settings\ultima\local settings\apple\itunes or something similar, as well as c:\documents and settings\ultima\application data\apple\itunes or something similar} ?
Jam it back in, in the dark.
I didn't say I wouldn't go fishin' with the man.
