Obviously I would ask government officials to investigate the origin of the error which caused this and subsequently file a lawsuit against the cell phone company, citing the mental anguish caused by such a situation.
Or I would just laugh at the gravity of their clerical error. Most amazing jew boots I didn't say I wouldn't go fishin' with the man.
