When I was about thirteen I went over to a friends house to watch some movies and we ended up finding a copy of The Gamers somewhere in her trailer. I don't know why, but we watched it. I don't have a copy myself anymore D: its one of those low-budget, awesomeness movies that is...awesome.
Basically it's these guys playing Duegons and Dragons, and it flicks back to them playing it, to them dressed as their characters throughout the story. It's a comedy, and well done. As to one of the guys characters being afraid of water-and they need to cross this river. So they think, let's just put him out of conciousness, so we can drag him across the river and then wake him up on the other side. So they unequip EVERYTHING, and then roll to see if they get enough damage to put him out, and they get the ONE number to kill him. There's also the part where the orc (or the really strong guy, i forget) goes to lift this gate open and he gets the one number so where he fails horribly D:. then the skinny little elf guy goes to open the door and gets to open it with the one number he needed to roll. "It's all in the legs."
wah~ i love that movie.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
