Is that synth an FL preset or something? It's in like every single track in the Border OST. :P
Also, to everyone throwing around accusations of "Engrish," I doubt a Discworld game would have a Japanese composer. I think it was more likely the singer's completely intentional attempt at his most ridiculous French waiter accent. Maybe someone who's actually played the game could give us more background?
