Er, that seems odd for half an album to be ineligible...I can understand that you might say the games are too popular, but I was under the impression that as long as the arrangement itself is not well-known, it's fair game. In fact, I believe a Hamauzu arrange of the Chocobo theme was accepted as a nomination before.
Then again, maybe you meant that so many people skip Hamazu's original tracks in this album that half of it is obscure and the other half is not. Which would be quite sad, but understandable. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
