I actually don't mind my friends singing along, if not only because it usually ends up being pretty hilarious. Most of them aren't too bad at it though, and a couple have even been in choir. I personally am not a horrible singer, but I never know the lyrics and even if I did I'd be too embarrassed to sing along.
