Because the original game was on PS2.
I only recently started playing Gitaroo Man...great game, but the characters seem to really annoy my roommates. Although I guess I have to admit that hearing "Can I eat it?" after failing the first stage for the 20th time on Master Play is just a little irritating.
Ironically, I couldn't stand "Flyin' to Your Heart" the first time I played the game, but it grew on me after failing so much on Master Play (which, BTW, is the only TRUE way to experience the game
). So yeah, now I'm on Bee Jam Blues. The attack and charge segments aren't so hard (knowing the song definitely helps), but the dodge parts are brutal. Good thing it's one of my favorite songs.
The others are "Born to Be Bone" and of course "Tainted Lovers." Actually, there really aren't any songs I don't like, except "Nuff Respect," and that's just because of the annoying synth.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
