Being too critical of myself is the first that I can think of. I have a terrible habit of letting mistakes I made in the past bother me for extended periods of time.
I tend to try and please people too much. Whenever someone asks me to do something for them (family, friends), I always make sure the task is done. Depending on the circumstance, I have a difficult time forgiving someone again. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
