I haven't had any serious issues with neighbors, but there's a woman who lives in the house next to my parents who can't seem to stay inside her home while talking on the phone. Whenever I visit my parents, I typically hear her talking on the phone quite loudly around seven or eight in the morning. I suppose she's been like that for a long time and enjoys talking outside, but I normally don't need an alarm anymore whenever I come home.
